Spinney House is a large family house, with 6 acres of gardens and paddocks, in a quiet situation surrounded by arable farmland, within minutes of Bracknell, Ascot and the M4 and M3 motorways.

Local Attractions:  Horse racing at Ascot and Windsor races, Legoland, Thorpe Park, Windsor Castle and many more.

Accommodation is a one-bedroom, serviced apartment, integral to the main house, but self-contained and totally private, offering a very high standard of comfort and luxury.  Guests have their own entrance from the garden.  The property is gated giving a high degree of security.

A large bedroom suite [super-king or, if preferred, two 3ft. singles] with sofa, desk, television, radio and DVD, has doors onto the swimming pool garden.  During the summer the pool is heated and guests are welcome to swim,  use the sun loungers or take drinks on a private terrace.   Fresh flowers are always provided.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with a dining area.  Tea and coffee making facilities are constantly available and the fridge will be filled with croissants, yogurts, fruit juice, cold meats or full English ingredients for guests to cook themselves. Mineral water is provided as is an ironing board and iron..

The Bathroom and shower is newly fitted and fully tiled with under-floor heating.  Bath robes are provided for guests.
